Wide open skies, miles of sandy beaches, close to a few towns with restaurants, shops, activities etc. Choose your style - quiet and relaxed or on the go…

Eiland is klein, maar lieflijk. Veel lage, witte huisjes, geen hoogbouw of grote hotels. Er zijn veel zoutpannen en overal langs de weg zijn oesters en mosselen te koop. Bijzonder is de ‘onderwaterweg’ naar het vaste land die alleen bij eb begaanbaar is

Camping is gelegen in de Vendee, vaak het strand bezocht en gefietst (lekker vlak). Al meerdere stukken van de Vendee bezocht in de jaren dat wij kamperen. Ook leuke stadjes om te bezoeken.

En premier lieu par internet, brochures....et avons eu de la chance de pouvoir discuter avec le pharmacien du village qui a sorti une carte de la région et pleins d'explications...merci à ce monsieur !
