Rules

ARRIVAL 1. Arrival. At arrival on the campsite, guests must report immediately at the reception or by the night surveillance in order to register. Each guest must produce a valid means of identification as required under current legislation. Guests should take the opportunity to read the internal regulations and other documentations (available by the reception). The management reserves the right not to admit guests who do not exhibit proper means of identification. The entrance at the pitch/accommodation is allowed after checking in. At the check-in will be handed out the campsite bracelets, which have to be worn during the stay, in order to have access to the campsite and all the services. 2. Pitches. The pitches have to be left before 12:00 on the day of departure. 3. Mobile homes/Bungalow Tents. Mobile homes/Bungalow Tent will be allocated from 17:00. On arrival guests are required to pay a deposit of € 50 for each living accommodation, regardless the length of their stay. The deposit will be reimbursed at the end of the stay, only after the mobile home and equipment/furniture has been checked and found in good condition. Any possible complaint regarding the mobile home cleaning and the equipment, must be made within the next day from the delivery of the mobile home key. 4. Cars, Motorbikes and motorcycles. It’s not permitted to enter the campsite by car/motorbike/motorcycle, accept for depositing tents/caravans on arrival or departure. The vehicles have to be parked on the parking lot. The management declines any responsibility for eventual damages, losses or removals of objects belonging to the customers. 5. Pets. Guests bringing pets to the campsite must inform the management upon arrival. The management has the authority to ask for the health regulations. It is also obligatory to hold pets on a leash. See the PETS REGULATION available around the campsite and by the reception. DURING THE HOLIDAY 1. Absence. Guests must inform the management if they leave the campsite for 1 night or more. Guests failing to do so will be charged for the whole period. 2. Visitors. Every visitor must be admitted at the reception and can only enter the campsite after leaving an identity card and after declaring which campsite guest it’s visiting. Visitors may stay at the campsite for a maximum of one hour, after which they will be charged for the daily camping rate. 3. Silence time. We kindly ask you to respect the silence time from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 24:00 to 07:00. Also after silence time we ask you to consider other guests and keep noises at a reasonable level. The management reserves the right to remove guests that do not respect this rule. 4. Cars, Motorbikes and motorcycles. These vehicles are not allowed to enter, except when issued a regular permit by the management, to be displayed on the front windshield. Trolleys are available for carrying items from the parking area to the campsite or mobile home; trolleys must be returned to the area in front of the reception after being used. The management thanks guests for their cooperation in guaranteeing equal service to all. It is allowed to have a scooter on the pitch, only when the guest received a permit from the reception; however it is not allowed to drive on the campsite with these scooters; they have to be moved to the pitch with the engine off. 5. Sport facilities, rent, services. Free use of all facilities for the guests, except the hires. Any damages caused by such use of such accessories will be charged to the person using them. Prices and conditions by the reception. See the SPORTS GROUND REGULATION available around the campsite and by the reception. 6. Swimming-pool. Open every day (01/06-29/09) 10:00- 18:00 low/medium season / 09:00-19:00 high season. Guests are required to behave themselves in a reasonable way and by the rules, posted at the entrance of the swimming pool and written in the swimming pool regulations. Waterslides: low and medium season: at management's discretion; high season: 10:00–12:30 and 15:30-18.00. Minors under 12 years of age cannot have access if not accompanied by an adult; we underline that the responsibility for children under 18 years of age should be assumed exclusively by the parents or other caretakers, also responsible in the case toward third parties. All the guests are obliged to wear a water cap and a campsite bracelet. 7. Beach. Admittance to the beach is reserved only to guests of the campsite. The management declines any responsibility for bathing in the lake: no lifeguard is on duty. We ask for your cooperation to keep the beach and the area around it clean. 8. Lagoon. No bathing and fishing. It is very important to look after minors. Dogs are allowed to swim in it. We ask for your cooperation to keep the lagoon area clean. 9. Pets. The supervision of dogs, is taken exclusively by the owners, also only responsible to third parties, and disclaim any responsibility to the manager and owners of the campsite. They must be kept always on a leash, also when taken outside the campsite for walks: owners must clean up after their pets if necessary. Pets are not allowed in and around the swimming pool, except for a special ‘dog area’ near the swimming pool. They are also not allowed in the market and on the beach. See the PETS REGULATION available around the campsite and by the reception. 10. Care of children and minors. Supervision of the children is the sole responsibility of parents (who will assume sole responsibility towards third parties); The management and the owners of the campsite are released from all responsibility in this matter. Parents must ensure that children do not cause damage, place themselves at risk or disturb the silence during the silence time. 11. Sanitary blocks and facilities. Cleaning of services and toilets: during the cleaning time, the staff will put a warning notice delimiting the area of toilets not yet ready. The campsite provides a full cleaning service but relies on guests to keep the campsite in the best possible condition; Guests must observe regulations on the use of all the services, any damage resulting from the improper use of such will be the responsibility of the guest. Guests should ask for the key of the nursery/ ironing room and the disabled toilets at the reception. 12. Behaviour rules. • It’s not allowed to wash cars, campervans, or caravans at the campsite or at the camper service. • Guests must keep camping areas and living accommodation clean and tidy and leave them in the condition in which they found them. • Acts of vandalism are prohibited; persons committing acts of vandalism may be asked to leave the campground immediately. • It is forbidden to light fires on the ground or on the beach. It is allowed to use the guests barbecues and common barbecues long as it is respected the BARBECUE AND LPG/GAS CYLINDERS REGULATION available at the reception or near the barbecue areas. • The use of accessories such as refrigerators, gas cookers, hot plates, barbecues, washing machines, gas cylinders etc. must be done with all due respect for the other guests; any damages caused by such use of such accessories will be charged to the person using them. For more information check the Barbecue and Gas cylinders Regulations, Camper room Regulations, Swimming Pool Regulations, Playgrounds Regulations and Sports grounds Regulations available by the reception or posted in the common areas. • In case of emergency guests must respect the EMERGENCY INSTRUCTION and the EVACUATION PLAN available by the reception and posted around the campsite. For more information we suggest all the guest to take vision of all the INTERNAL REGULATIONS available by the reception and around the campsite. 13. Differentiation rubbish. Please note that rubbish should be collected in well-sealed bags; remember that a good rubbish differentiation will make elimination easier. Inside the campsite you will find the following boxes: Green box: only glass, at the entrance Yellow box: only paper, at the entrance (please open and flatten any boxes and/or cartons, to avoid unnecessary wasting of space) Blue box: only plastic, at the entrance (please crush bottles, to avoid unnecessary wasting of space) Grey box: all kind of rubbish, located in different part of the campsite Battery box: at the reception 14. Internal security. - The management declines any liability for theft, accidents, losses, damage to persons and things and damage caused by atmospheric agents. - The authorized staff will check that all guests wear the campsite bracelets, for a major internal security. - In case of real EMERGENCIES outside the opening times of the reception and the night surveillance (look at timetables) it is possible to contact the number: 0039.334.5405629. 15. Messages, mail. Telephone calls and all other messages will be displayed on the notice board in front of the reception. Guests are responsible for consulting the notice board to check any messages. 16. Car gate. 08:00 – 24:00; For arrivals and departures beside this time, guests must park their car outside the campsite at the parking. 17. Pedestrian gate. always open. 18. Entrance barrier: in low/medium season: 08:30-23:00 and in high season: 08:00-23:00. The opening of the entrance barrier will be supervised by the reception or by the night watch. The barrier will remain closed during the quiet hours; any requests to enter must be made at the reception desk during opening hours. Vehicles of departing guests may enter after 18:00, the day before departure only after showing the payment receipt. DEPARTURE 1. Departure. It is possible to leave the campsite in low/medium season from 8:30 and in high season from 08:00, after the staff of the reception has checked the receipt of payment. If the guests would like to leave early, they have to park the car outside of the barrier of the campsite, in advance. 2. Payment. Payment of the stay will take place at the campsite reception, before the handing back of the identity documents. It’s possible to pay by cash (for amounts not exceeding € 999.00) or by credit card. The guest must inform the staff about discounts or conventions at the check-in, otherwise the guest will pay the whole amount. The booked period is to be paid in full even if the period is not utilised due to late arrival or early departure. 3. Pitches. Departure time in low/medium season is from 8:30-12:00 and in high season from 08:00-12:00, after having paid the bill the previous day. For late departures (only after confirmation of the reception) maximum until 16:00, the 50% of the room rate will be charged. After this time one extra night will be charged. 4. Mobile home/Bungalow Tent. Departure time is between 06:30 to 10:00 in the morning. For those who do not observe the departure time, the final check cannot be done and it will not be possible to reimburse the deposit. The deposit will be entirely refunded on departure, after the final check is being done to see if there is any breakages or missing objects, and on confirmation of the living accommodation being left in good order, the keys being returned and a handing back of the deposit receipt showing the initial payment. The final check of the mobile home must be booked at the payment, possible from the day after arrival until maximum one day before departure. The check of the mobile homes will be possible within the times indicated above. (we advise, especially in the busy periods, to fix the appointment for the final check as soon as possible) In case the accommodation is left in a bad cleaning condition other € 20 will be subtracted from the caution. It is possible to have the final check before 06:30 in the morning, for an extra cost of € 10. It is not possible to have the final check in the afternoon or evening. 5. Cars. It will be possible to load the car also the day before the departure, from 18.00 and only receiving the receipt of payment at the reception. The cars must be parked respecting the public space. BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS - DEPOSIT: BOOKINGS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED WITH THE CONSIGNMENT OF A DOWNPAYMENT EQUAL TO 40% OF THE TOTAL COST (50% IN CASE OF EARLY BOOKING/DISCOUNTS/OFFERS); FOR BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN 10 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL DATE OR FOR LAST MINUTES, THE WHOLE AMOUNT SHOULD BE PAYED AND IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO SIGN A CANCELLATION CLAUSE; - RESERVATION COSTS: FOR RESERVATIONS MADE ONLINE WITH A DOWNPAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD WE WON'T CHARGE ANY RESERVATION COSTS; FOR PAYMENTS BY BANKTRANSFER WE WILL CHARGE € 5 FOR THE RESERVATION COSTS; - NO SHOW: THE BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED IF THE CLIENT DOES NOT PRESENT THEMSELVES TO CHECK-IN BY 12:00 A.M. ON THE DAY FOLLOWING THE FIRST NIGHT BOOKED; - BALANCE: THE BOOKED PERIODS MUST BE FULLY PAID FOR, EVEN IN THE CASE OF LATE ARRIVAL OR EARLY DEPARTURE; PAYMENT OF THE STAY WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE CAMPSITE RECEPTION, MAXIMUM WITHIN 1 DAY BEFORE DEPARTURE; PAYMENT IS POSSIBLE BY CASH (FOR TOTAL AMOUNTS NOT HIGHER THAN € 999), DEBIT CARD AND CREDIT CARD; CHEQUES, TRAVELLER’S CHEQUES OR BANK TRANSFERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED; CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS - IT IS POSSIBILE TO SIGN A CANCELLATION CLAUSE, PAYING IN ADDITION TO THE DOWNPAYMENT AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO € 25. THIS CANCELLATION CLAUSE GUARANTEES THE REFUND OF THE DOWNPAYMENT, ONLY IN CASE OF CANCELLATION MADE AT LEAST 10 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL. IN CASE OF A CANCELLATION MADE AFTER THE 9TH DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL, THE DOWNPAYMENT OR TOTAL PAYMENT WON’T BE REFUNDED. -IN CASE OF A CANCELLATION WITHOUT THE CANCELLATION CLAUSE, THE DOWNPAYMENT OR TOTAL PAYMENT WON’T BE REFUNDED.
